This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for free.
The driver will communicate with foreign customers and ask their requests by using the interpretation service available inside the taxi.

How to Use This Service 1
To Call a Taxi

The Multilingual Interpretation Center will connect your line to the taxi dispatch center.

Step 1

Please call the Multilingual Interpretation Center at＋81-92-687-8008.
Step 2

We will connect your line to taxi dispatch center in your area.
Step 3

The taxi dispatch center will dispatch a taxi to your designated location.

How to Use This Service 2
In the Taxi

The Multilingual Interpretation Center will help you to communicate with the driver.

Step 1

If you need to use this service, please tell the driver that you would like to use the interpretation service and let the driver knows which language you speak.
Step 2

The driver will call the Multilingual Interpretation Center and will tell the operator which language you speak. The driver will then pass the phone to you.
Step 3

Please tell your request to the interpreter and then pass the phone to the driver.
Step 4

The driver will listen to your request. After that, repeat steps 3 and 4.
